1 Orders.


1.1 How do orders work? After filling out the order form for your selected product, we will contact you via email to issue an invoice and coordinate delivery. Once payment has been received, your order will be shipped within a week and you will receive a new email with tracking information
1.2 How do I know if my order was successful? Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. You will receive another email with tracking information once the order has been shipped.
1.3 How does made-to-order work? Made-to-order items are produced specifically for you and are produced after the order has been placed. Please note that all made-to-order items are not subject to returns or refunds.
1.4 How does pre-order work? Pre-order items are available to purchase for a limited time and have an allocated delivery timeframe. After placing your order, we will contact you via email with information on production and delivery times Please note that all pre-order items are not subject to returns or refunds.
1.5 Where is my order? If your order has not arrived when you were expecting, and you have checked your tracking details, which have not given you any further updates, please email us with your order number so that our team can help you.
1.6 There is a problem with the order I received. If there is a problem with your order, please email us as soon as possible a brief explanation of the problem as well as attached images of the pieces, and we will try our best to resolve your issue.
1.7 Can I change or cancel my order? There may be a possibility to change or cancel your order if your order has not been dispatched. Please email us as soon as possible with your order number and details of any change requested.



2. Shipping & Returns


2.1 How does shipping work? We ship worldwide. Delivery time and cost will depend on the destination country. You will receive detailed information after placing an order via email.
2.2 How do returns work? Please note that some items are not subject to returns/refunds. This includes all made-to-order and pre-order items. For items that are eligible for returns, you are entitled to return your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the order. If you wish to make a return, please email us with the reason for return. Then, we will provide you with instructions and the return address. You have the right to open the package and check the contents, but the product must return unused. All original packaging and price labels must be returned with the product without having been altered. The refund will be processed within 2 working days of receiving the item. Please, note that shipping costs can not be refunded, and you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods.
2.3 Exchanges We do not offer exchanges - only returns.
